Foods That
Trigger Eczema
(& What to Eat Instead)

Food doesn't cause eczema — but the wrong foods can trigger flares, slow your skin's recovery, and keep your body in a state of inflammation.

Here's a simple reference guide based on TCM dietary principles for eczema care.

A Quick Note:
Eczema is Personal

Not every food on these lists will trigger every person. Your body has its own pattern — Damp-Heat, Blood Deficiency, Wind-Heat, or a combination.

This guide is a starting point, not a prescription. For the foods that matter most and to discover your unique pattern, book a consultation.
