Simple System for parents:
Morning
• Apply balm (if prescribed)
• Herbal formula (if prescribed)
• Cotton clothingAfternoon
• Reapply balm (if prescribed)
• Herbal formula (if prescribed)
• Monitor heat/sweatEvening
• Short lukewarm shower
• Gently Pat Dry
• Apply lotion + balm immediately
• Herbal formula (if prescribed)Moisturizer (see below for Dr recommended) applied immediately after bathing helps lock moisture into the skin barrier.

A consistent daily care helps prevent eczema flares and protects the skin barrier.
• Do not scratch, pick, or exfoliate the skin
• Keep your child’s nails short
• Do not bandage or tightly cover rashes
• Apply Skin Remedy Balm and/or Mineral Soak frequently throughout the day (if prescribed)
• Moisturize the entire body 2–3 times daily
• If sweat, rinse the skin and reapply balmIf itching becomes intense:
• Apply a cool compress or ice pack (wrapped in cloth)
• Reapply Skin Remedy Balm (if prescribed)Cooling the skin helps calm inflammation quickly.

Before applying to larger areas:Apply a small amount to a small patch of skin
Wait about 10 minutes
If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with room-temperature water and pause use until your next visit.
Skin Remedy Balm
Use when eczema appears:
• dry
• rough
• cracked
• flakyApply 6~8 times daily or whenever skin becomes dry. Frequent application helps rebuild the skin barrier.
Skin Mineral Soak
Use when eczema appears:
• wet
• damp
• oozyMix with distilled water (chilled to have a cooling effect) until just dissolved.
Apply on wet area as directed, 3~5 times daily. Frequent application helps with the ooze.
Important
Do not introduce new skincare products unless approved by your practitioner.

Shower Guidelines
• Use lukewarm water only
• Avoid hot showers or baths
• Keep showers 5–10 minutes
• Pat dry gently with a towel after
• Do not rub the skinApply moisturizer first, then balm within 2~3 minutes of drying.
Install a Shower Filter
Tap water often contains chlorine and chemicals that irritate sensitive skin.A shower filter (such as Aquabliss) can help reduce irritation.
Clothing Tips
Choose:
